Steer Smarts Limited Warranty Policy
Steer Smarts is dedicated to making the warranty procedure as smooth as possible. We strive to provide industry leading steering components and accessories. Steer Smarts products are warrantied for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage for our products cover defects in material or workmanship of our products. A replacement part will be issued as long as a Steer Smarts representative has determined root cause.
Steer Smarts will NOT cover:
- When a part has been modified or installed in a manner other than intended
- Physical abuse or neglect of the product
- Products purchased second hand
- Collision damages (vehicle or natural objects such as rocks or trees)
- Normal wear and tear
- Paint damage from normal use; chips, scratches, or corrosion caused from paint damage
- Labor repair cost
- Damage from natural disasters
- Rental car or lodging
- Part failure caused by incorrect installation
If you believe your product is within our warranty guidelines, please email us directly to Warranty@steersmarts.com or contact us 888-8-GO-YETI. Once one of our representatives reviews your claim, we will determine if the part is within our warranty guidelines and contact you with our decision. Steer Smarts reserves the right to request additional images or diagnostics if needed. Failure to provide this information could result in denial of your claim.
If we request a part to be sent back, Steer Smarts will supply a return label and an RMA number.
