At Steer Smarts, we take your privacy very seriously.  We will not share your purchase or account information to any other entities for any reason.  We will only use your information to provide you with the full range of services you deserve.


Order Cancellations...

An order may be cancelled for full refund prior to shipment.  After the shipment has been processed, you must follow our return policy.


30 Day Risk-Free Returns for Retail Customers...

We are so confident you will be completely satisfied with our products that we offer a 30 day no-questions-asked return policy.  Products owned for less than 30 days can be sent back to Steer Smarts without an RGA number.  Place the product in an appropriate shipping container and include a copy of the original invoice and an explanation for the return.  We cannot process any claims without the requested paperwork.  All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Steer Smarts is not responsible for any costs or issues encountered during the return shipping process.  Return the package to:

Refunds typically take 2 – 6 weeks depending on payment method.  Steer Smarts is not responsible for any interest or bank charges you may incur during the refund process.


Limited Warranty...

Steer Smarts guarantees all steering and suspension products to be free from defects in workmanship when used under normal operating conditions.  This applies only to the original product owner of the vehicle onto which they were installed. Steer Smarts’ obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair said product at our discretion.  All installations should be done by a qualified mechanic.  Improper installation and / or any modifications to our product will void the warranty.

What is not covered under warranty.  Steer Smarts will not warrant any part that has been damaged due to lack of lubrication (if so designed), used for racing or competition, general abuse or other uses not originally intended.  Components that experience regular wear over time that are not covered include ball studs and components, dust boots, any moving parts and coated finishes.  Any and all costs of removal, installation, rental vehicle, freight or incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded.

Warranty claim procedure.  Any part subject to a warranty claim will need a Returned Goods Authorization # (RGA) before returning.  Any part returned without an RGA # will be refused.  Do not remove the part from your vehicle until instructed to do so by Steer Smarts.  To begin a warranty claim, please provide us with the following:

1.  Dated original invoice of purchase
2.  Clear multiple-angled digital images showing our part installed on your vehicle.
3.  Detailed information regarding the reason for the claim.

Email the information above to warranty@steersmarts.com.  If we determine a warranty claim may be valid, we will contact you with an RGA #.  This authorizes you to remove the part from your vehicle and ship it to:

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.  Include the RGA # with the part.  When Steer Smarts receives your return you will be notified.  The warranty review may take up to 10 days after which you will be contacted with the results.  If a replacement part is needed during the review process you may purchase one from SteerSmarts.com.
