One of my tie rod ends broke and Chris helped to address my issue ASAP. A new part was shipped to me overnight.

I think you might consider making your Lifetime Warranty exceptions perfectly clear. I bought Steer Smarts tie Rod and drag link for my new 2018 Jeep JLUR. Much to my surprise my claim was rejected. Our club, FMCA 4 Wheelers is the largest Jeep club in America. We have about 450 families.
