Good service bad part

I received my order from you and I appreciate the prompt service but the replacement boot you sent me has a tiny crack in it and is not usable. I called and left a message with customer service a few days ago but have yet to hear back. Spent 20 minutes wiping off a crazy amount of white lithium grease to find it already torn.

As was explained to you on the phone, we do not put white lithium grease on the boots, so I can assure you that is not what you wiped off the boot. It is a paraffin wax that is impregnated into the rubber to keep the rubber from cracking and becoming hard. Over time the wax will make its way out of the rubber and you will see a little build up on the surface. It's possible that the small hole you found occurred during your attempts to remove the wax, but even if that was the case, we went ahead and sent you a 2nd boot free of charge. Our conversation on the phone lead us to believe that you were 100% satisfied with the products and the service so we are having trouble understanding why you left this review?

Bad customer service

Spent over $2k...lost this $30 part, shipping was $40...I called & emailed with no response..to see if they can just wave the shipping. No contact or email back. Parts are awesome but service was trash. Also they knew I ordered basically everything for my JL, even thanked me for the purchase...went to install & I was missing the bracket for the new stabilizer...so I had to pay for double the labor. So MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU TRY TO INSTALL. I understand it was my fault, they still should’ve told me that I was missing the bracket.
