I ordered a new boot for a draglink and it was very simple and quick.

Great part slow shipping

Great part but the shipping was way over price for 2 day and it didn't show up on the day posted and was a day late. Paid for 2 day shipping and got it 3 days later.

Nathan - you did not pay for 2-day shipping, you paid for FedEx ground shipping. Your order was placed on 8/1 @ 821am and we shipped boot seal out the same day. It would have actually been there in 2 days but there was some sort of a shipping delay with FedEx, which is completely out of our hands. Unfortunately, once the product leaves our facility, there isn't anything we can do about the delivery of the product to your doorstep. After reviewing the order it does appear that the shipping calculation was slightly off. The cost of shipping has gone up with the price of fuel and a number of other factors, but we have gone ahead and refunded you a portion of the shipping charge anyway.

Exactly what I needed and was shipped very fast. Thanks to Andy he is always a great person to deal with. I used a ball joint press kit to install and it was a breeze.
